Vendor Agreement

1. Vendor Eligibility

Vendors must sell products that are authentically Albanian or have significant Albanian heritage. All vendor applications are subject to review and approval by the MadeInAlbania team.

2. Product Listings

Vendors are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. All listings are subject to review before going live. Misleading or fraudulent listings will result in account suspension.

3. Commission Structure

MadeInAlbania charges a 10% commission on each sale. Vendors receive 90% of the sale price. Commission is deducted automatically at the time of payment processing.

4. Order Fulfilment

Vendors must fulfil orders within the timeframe stated in their listing. Vendors are responsible for packaging, shipping, and providing tracking information. Consistent failure to fulfil orders may result in account suspension.

5. Payouts

Vendor payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. Payouts are initiated after order delivery confirmation, typically within 7-14 business days.

6. Account Suspension

MadeInAlbania reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of this agreement, fraudulent activity, or consistently poor customer feedback.
