Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (food, beverages), personalised or custom-made items, and hygiene-sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Vendors may offer free returns at their discretion.
