Commission Policy

1. Commission Rate

MadeInAlbania charges a flat 10% commission on each completed sale. This is calculated on the product price excluding shipping costs.

2. When Commission is Applied

Commission is deducted at the point of payment processing. Vendors see their net earnings (after commission) in their dashboard and payout statements.

3. Refunds

If a customer receives a refund, the commission for that sale is also refunded to the vendor. Neither party is charged for refunded transactions.

4. No Hidden Fees

There are no listing fees, monthly fees, or setup costs. The 10% commission is the only fee charged by the platform. Stripe payment processing fees are separate and standard.

5. Changes to Commission

Any changes to the commission rate will be communicated to vendors at least 30 days in advance. Existing orders will be processed at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.
