All products listed must be authentic Albanian products or products with significant Albanian heritage. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The platform reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Orders are binding once confirmed. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders within the stated timeframe.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, text, and design, is the property of MadeInAlbania or its respective vendors. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

MadeInAlbania acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not directly responsible for the quality of products sold by vendors, though we take reasonable steps to verify vendors and moderate listings.
